I just started weightlifting activity in Dec 14. Previously i'm using mass gainer solely.
Recently i just bought these products;
1-ON gold standard 100% casein.
2-MP amino 1
3-MP assault
4-Dymatize iso 100 whey
I'm planning to consume those supplements like below;
Pre workout
-mp assault
During workout
-mp amino 1
Post workout
-iso 100 whey immediately after workout
Before bed
-casein
Is this a good combination? Pleade advice. Thank you.
