 What are these actually? Bought a tub of syntha 6 it was sealed when I opened. I tried putting the whey first and then followed by water and vice versa. I'm using a shaker bottle. When I tried to rub the "thing", it's like powder but can't be dissolved. I mean.. Just to confirm since its my first time.. The expiry date is on September 2015. |
