QUOTE(pangke @ Jul 12 2014, 11:29 AM) well, I just want to try it. yeah, it's not cheap. yea , let me break it down to u. Fat burners are useless if ur diet is crap. No supplements will be able to help u torch those fat unless u fix ur diet , so first thing i would recommend u is to read the stickies . Then check out the link at the bottom of this whole paragraph and calculate ur required calories for fat loss . Always remember this my friend , supplements won't do 100% of ur progress nor even 90% or 80% or anything at all , it all comes down to nutrition , training , rest and consistency. Cheers !anyway...what supplement can you guys recommend to eliminate my belly fat? or would you recommend it at all to take a fat burning supplement? it's really hard to lose this belly fat...i'm lean all over except for my midsection. just want to see my 6pack lol http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ |

QUOTE(bokbokchai @ Sep 14 2014, 01:13 PM) i dont really rrecommend eating egg yolk. Although they say the essential amino acids is mainly from the yolk itself reason 1: its makes you feel full and u cant eat anymore eggs. lets say u gonna eat 3 in a meal, i would only eat one or none cuz it makes me feel full like hell when i ate one. reason 2: yes there are research shows that egg yolk contain selenium which is good for your health in many sense. you can google and find out. however, protein level is low in egg yolk. protein mostly can be found in egg white so why bother eating egg yolk when what u wanted most isnt the egg yolk. LOL. same situation like you wanna buy a new pair of socks but you're discussing whether need to buy the shoes also. |

QUOTE(kenlee6 @ Sep 16 2014, 08:10 PM) Is BCAA necessary??? If I have whey protein (which has BCAA), do i need BCAA??? There's 2 differing opinions : 1 says that it helps improve further ur training and people do see difference. Another is that they BCAA in whey is enough. No point in getting BCAA no difference , save the cash for ur whey and other chicken, beef or fish products. Any input from you guys out there is greatly appreciated Thanks |

Anyone here knows where I can get caffeine pills/tablets apart from buying online ? Particulary Prolab's 200mg x100 tabs if possible. I've checked through the forums here, limited information , only online purchases. Thanks !

QUOTE(epie @ Apr 1 2017, 11:01 AM) have u tried mesotropin? 1) preposterous advertising with far-fetched feedback why it is not good bro...any reason? i have did my research on all reputable brand...just wanna get some review on the local 1 2) No nutritional labelling online (i cant seem to find the "ingredients" list) 3) Promotional pictures with guys who most likely use PEDs behind the lockers without prior knowledge (this does not determine the legibility of a product but instead, it would give you a rough perspective of what their marketing strategy is) If i recall Mesotropin once promoted one of their products that was said to help you pack on mass within a few weeks. There are far better local supplement brands that was mentioned before in this forum. Some of which are selling just pure whey for an affordable price. After all, protein is still protein. Whether you supplement or not it doesn't make a huge difference if your foundation is off. All the best This post has been edited by kshen: Apr 1 2017, 11:14 AM |

QUOTE(pjiis @ Jan 24 2019, 05:05 PM) As of now? None lol. Not being a non patriot here , but I don't usually trust local brands (though I've heard some are "ok"). Plus, I haven't been using whey supplements since I wrote that reply haha. |
