Hi, newbie here,

I'm considering to put up some weight and build up body (buat bdn org kate, but athlete lean body not body builder type body). My main objective is to get fit and boost confidence. My height is 162cm while my weight is 63kg. Recently, my friend promoted me this Syntha-6 supplement. He advice me to drink 3 times/day after work out.

Have anyone try this and what is the effectiveness?

If you don't have proper diet, even 6 scoops of that won't have any effectiveness to achieve your goal. Make sure your diet are on point and if you failed to consume enough protein, then consider to buy whey.

I've done it before during study years, but stop half way, that time I did not consume any supplement, only manage my diet (3 big meal + 3 small meal in between per day) and do workout at the gym. Only saw little difference in mass body. Need to do more homework on this.

If you were seeing only a small difference after a long period of time, then you weren't eating enough. Simple.

I'll say that even at that time, if you use supplements, you won't be able to gain more muscle mass. You lack total calories, not protein.

I think universal, dymatize and inner armour creatine all 500g for rm75~. Didn't see any cheaper creatine.

i've bought jay cutler's total protein for RM120, nutritionpro is having a clearance sale.

i love how it taste, but need to be precise on the water+protein mixture. slight adjustment will affect the taste.

i took before and after workout, plus UN creatine. i can feel slight improvement on my workout. i manage to push myself a bit more reps.

i didnt get any scoop, so i just use my old dymatize ISO 100 scoop, which has different serving size.

overall i am satisfied with my purchase. but if i have the money, i will definitely buy another dymatize ISO 100

I got mine (1kg Universal) from iherbs. That time they are running promo. After convert it is RM 80 including shipping. Of course I bundled with something else to split off the shipment costs.

Guys,

Any recomendation of PWO to take with an empty stomach and then work out after that. Can only workout mostly early in the morning before i go to work, is it okay to wake up have a PWO supplement and then head to the gym. If yes, any particular brands?

I'll stick to coffee for pwo. As for me, i think our body are in fasted mode once we woke up thus i refeed it with protein first thing in the morning. What i normally do, I combined protein/creatine in one shake, half once woke up, take coffee as pwo, go to gym, then another half shake as post w/o.
