UniFi is free installation up to RM200 (first 15meters only), if you are staying high rise building, won't exceed 15m
They will give you wifi modem, cordless phone and HyppTV setbox for free.
Stamp duty fee will be RM 10.
There's no hidden fee.
Activation fee waived as well.

yes u can keep existing no by paying Rm26/month. free installation and activation now. ZERO entry. same goes to upgrade! unifi is having superspeedme promo now. start paying new package on 4th month onward.

Since there is a cost of paying RM26/mth. If I would like to install new telephone line just for unifi purpose, any cost for it?

But if you upgrade to unifi and dont mind accepting new number, there's no charges. One month is still RM149.

Why you want to install new line and keep existing 1? no matter how there's still rental of RM26/month. and they need to pull phone line again, mayb there's charges around RM100. besides, high rise building (apartment condo) not allow to have two lines in one house.

Hi, im currently stay at Pangsamurni Titiwangsa Keramat Jaya 2. Last time my friend ask for 4MB Streamyx but the technician said cannot install coz no port.. so i want to check for availability for Streamyx 4MB. If avail, i want that package as Unifi not yet avail here..

we need to submit your application will only know whether its still available. If it is not available, TM will reject your application.

Hi, do you have fixed line or you would like to subscribe streamyx only?

If you don't have fixed line, the 1st month bill will be:

RM 75 deposit + RM10 stamp duty + RM 110 1st month + RM 110 in advance

and

RM 30 - RM 50 for wiring (payable to technician on the day of installation)

If you already have a fixed line, the bill will be:

RM 10 stamp duty + RM 110 1st month + RM 110 in advance



3-5 days can get everything done!

I just wanna ask something here, my friend already installed VIP5 package to his house back in JUly 2011. The thing is, I believe he has lodged more than 6-7 break-down reports of his equipments...

I know you're here to sell but since I'm interested too, I just wanna know one thing, if so thing happened to my friend there also were to happen to me in the future, can I ask for any rebate at all? Damn RM150 is not that cheap just to have your system breakdown every month end or your home gateway not be able to connect to the net once u switched off the power.

they won't upgrade to unifi automatically
you must apply for upgrading only they will go to install UniFi for you.

No, you don't need to pay for the breach of the contact.
You can upgrade to UniFi at no extra cost.
For eg, there's 6 months left for streamyx contract.
You can upgrade to unifi without paying the 6 months fees

My streamyx just got 2Mbps. After checking the port, the technician only configure it to 2Mbps not 4Mbps.. have been asking the tech to fix it since day 3, but problem not yet solved..

i gt no time to call him, just sms him, sometimes he do reply, n sometimes dont...
at modem stated 2048 (downstream). i checked with BMS system, the port was configured up to 2Mbps only.

And if the installer did not give any respond about this, i can request for another installer. Its true that the installer just configured my port to 2Mbps only. I already verify this matter with the CSR & system. Have to wait for tomorrow to call the installer again. If not, will call 100 (product) and request to change to another installer.
