interested to upgrade current 1Mbps to 4Mbps Streamyx.

what are the charges for doing so? currently i'm paying RM88+25+tax .. which amounts to ~RM115 anyway.

if upgrade to current BB 140 deal means total is RM140 (including phone line) ??

location is Putra Heights Seksyen 2.

mainly because i want to minimize movement of things around and installation related hassles.

btw, how long do we need to wait till the upgrade to 4Mbps completes. do they need to send someone to my house too?

how do i proceed with the upgrade application with u? and i pay you nothing (i mean it in good way, u should get something for your service, right) ?

one final question before i confirm to upgrade or not.

is the new wifi modem just part of offer or it is somehow necessary (technically) to use that in order to get to the higher speed connection?

can i just keep the new modem and dect phone and continue using the modem+router config that i have in place now? actually i don't mind even if they didn't give me those 2 items if it is not required to work. my focus is just to get the higher bandwidth.

i actually thought they just had to do some changes to config on their side eg. ports and account.

Btw, the form is the one in your signature titled e-registration right? I went thru it but saw a lot of fields. Do I just fill in those marked as mandatory only since this is an upgrade process?
