Jovenne really redefine the services provided by Malaysian. She is super helpful, responds to every stupid questions I threw at her even at odd hours like 2am (but please spare a thought for her also ). She even advice me what needs to be done when my unit wasn't servicable by Unifi. I finally managed to get it resgister and activation will be this Sunday. Kudos to her
