I just wanna ask something here, my friend already installed VIP5 package to his house back in JUly 2011. The thing is, I believe he has lodged more than 6-7 break-down reports of his equipments...

I know you're here to sell but since I'm interested too, I just wanna know one thing, if so thing happened to my friend there also were to happen to me in the future, can I ask for any rebate at all? Damn RM150 is not that cheap just to have your system breakdown every month end or your home gateway not be able to connect to the net once u switched off the power.
