Any idea why my statement shows 4x bonus, instead of 5x bonus points?

I've experienced similar case 6 years ago. An agent was trying to sell the discount voucher over the phone. I've asked them to send me the package for me to "consider" before I decided to take up the offer. Unfortunately, I accidentally told the agent my credit card info during the conversation. End up, they sent the package and charged RM400 plus to my credit card.

I complaint this to credit card company, highlight this disputed transaction and urged them to investigate further. After 2 or 3 months time, surprisingly the money was credited back to my accounts. It appeared that i'm not the only victim and the credit card company take action against that company when there are lots of complaints from the card user.
