Hi, I am wondering, if the transactions appeared on already-cancelled cards, where do they appear? I mean...which statement would they put it under?  rclxub.gif

What if the transaction did not appear, and I cancel my maybank cards, cancel my maybank accounts, etc? How will they bill the transaction to me then?  rclxub.gif

Even if you cancel the card, you'll still can be issued a statement.

Hmm...but if I totally close my Maybank account? I don't have any savings account with them anymore. Can they track me down? icon_idea.gif

unless you can change your IC number, I don't see how they can't. Note: banks don't care if you didn't receive the statement

And 180k plus for a samsung galaxy w and sold to a friend for rm900 only..
Found the point is so useful , yea also changed rm200 voucher for my wife shopping in mv metrojaya..9000 for rm50 If not mistaken...save and earned..

Tis month total mr and tp I'm going to earn is aout 150k-200k ...
I'm used to it with mbb..smile.gif , somehow other banks card do very well..happy to wise use of cc and earn and save pocket money.

Hi, I notice that Maybank2Kard Travel Insurance exclude the claim in respect of flight delay/missed connection, luggage delay/loss (as highlighted in red above) if the Covered Person's is in his/her Country of Residence.

From my understanding, if someone (Malaysian) wants to travel to Bangkok with the flight connection as follow:-

From A ---> KL----> Bangkok
If there is any misconnection of flight in KLIA(KL) to Bangkok, then it is not covered.

Is it a norm to all credit card issuer banks because I noticed that Hong Leong Bank and MBF Platinum cards do not such exclusion clause.

Hope anyone can provide some insight as I maybe overlooked or misinterpreted.

Thanks for your replies! Haha...I doubt I'll be "lucky" enough to be overlooked for a transaction anyway.

Not sure about HLB andd MBF but for credit cards issued by HSBC/HSBC Amanah and citibank that come with complimentary travel insurance, they do have the same rule that you won't be entitled for compensation of any sort if it happens in your country of residence (Malaysia).
