According to SA, currently launching Block B to Business Associates. Whatever is unsold during this special preview, will be opened to public together with Block A & Block C (Studio) on this Saturday. However, as of now, many registrants of Zeva have not received any notification, so not sure how true it is. Whoever stay near Zeva can pay a visit this Sat?

Package offers: 2% early bird discount + DIBS + Free Legal S&P + Aircond(s) (depending number of rooms)

Trinity has submitted the renewal of leasehold period to the authourity and currently pending for result.

Soon LKW students can stay at The Place by MCT which is just behind LKW University. Perfect investment for those who managed to get a unit there...

Near the Domain apartment there already got 2 non halal restaurants. One is Teochew Porridge and another one is Soo BKT (not sure still exist?).

Agreed! Equine is more convenient for the matured amenities and the crowd is there. Ideal place for residential, Not so quiet and not too busy,unlike CBJ got many offices. And it is nearer to puchong, serdang and bukit jalil.properties at CBJ also not cheap, quite expensive.When one day the land in equine is fully developed, then the crowd may move to cyberjaya.

I am not sure about now (left Cyberjaya 7 months aly) but from what pass experience (study in cyberjaya + working for total 6 years) the working environment is superb and I like very much due to CBD feel. But for a living with family, it is not my liking due too many foreigner and reckless driver in cyberjaya, and being honest the accident rate is cyberjaya is quite high and incident like "theft, rape, brake in" try to ask around those ppl staying in Cyberia or Crescent (no joke) being going through such experienced I feel cyberjaya is more suitable for investor but not family ppl. Leave aside those "incident" happened in LKW as I dont feel it is appropriate to share it here.

For halal food, I remember the taukey who operate the ONLY chinese stall opposite HSBC at Bus Station there told me that Cyberjaya is a HALAL only area thats why she cannot sell pork bcz I always complain to her how the food taste without pork tongue.gif (sorry for those muslim reader here,forgive my statement)
There are 2 restaurant selling BKT in cyberia (upstair) but when you order and taste it , it is actually "Chik Kut Teh" = Chicken but not pork.....upon asking the boss, I get the same answer as in it is not allow to have non-halal food in Cyberjaya. Well I might be wrong as many things might happen during this 7 months time but just giving my pass experience.

One thing I need to stress out to be + point in CB is Cyber Park thumbup.gif Best place to jog, jalan2, relax, gocart, badminton , sport ,etc

maybe will drop by at sat'day noon to check the place...
overall, sk still nt a bad place to live, plenty of food choice, gt a small shopping centre... just the traffic a bit f-up during office hours, where it only gt 1 exit into CJ

whats the maintenance rate psf? 3elements is at 0.30 psf...
