Yeah that is really something very disappointing. It seems like 'early bird always catches the worms' does not apply in this project. I think you should talk to the developer and find out how much is the furnishing costs. 18K to get the entire unit furnished seems to be cheap.

Even if top up, you would need to pay up front and I do not think you can lump it into your housing loan which the late buyers can do.

The furnishing looks quite okay from the pictures though. With the additional discount, I think the units will be snapped up quite easily.

Top Up 20K, means paying the amount upfront or they can factor it in the loan? If can factor it in the loan then the early bird somehow still gets a better deal.
