maybe will drop by at sat'day noon to check the place... overall, sk still nt a bad place to live, plenty of food choice, gt a small shopping centre... just the traffic a bit f-up during office hours, where it only gt 1 exit into CJ

i thk should be around 350k -370??fr tat 933 unit nw im in the showroom..quite crowded n blok b almost sold out...thy plan to release blok a soon
