Bought one unit on level 11 facing swimming pool. There is a 5 % rebate, dibs, free snp, free legal fees on loan and in my case 3 units of air con included. My unit is 933 sq ft 2 bedrooms. However must execute spa within 14 days and pay the balance of 10%.

How much is the 881 sft unit facing pool after rebate?
 933 sft facing pool after rebate 350k .. acceptable if compared to 3elements? I think this is the block A we are talking about right? |
