Received an email from Trinity saying studio is up for grab.. lol
but their image in the website like cannot load..

The starting price from what I heard was RM240,000 (450sf) which work out to be RM533 per sf. Bit expensive and I doubt it will be BBB.

SA told me around 200K !IF about 210K work out to be about RM 460/ ft2 before rebate. Is it reasonable price?

if it's rm460 psf, then go for the zest @ kinrara 9 at rm420 psf brand new freehold.

I think cannot compare apartments against Studio. It is normal psf is much higher for studio or smaller units!

I totally agreed with you Covillea. SK @ RM 460/ft2 is over! Zest will be better choice with MRT right on doorstep.

I'm not saying ZEVA@Equine South is no good. In fact, it's situated at a soon-to-be explosive location - the next massive growth of Klang Valley.

I'm saying The Zest@Kinrara 9 will be better buy for now before the LRT/MRT takes shape because it's still very, very affordable even at sub-sale.

In a nutshell, I'm all for Trinity!!!

Jerry, I guess SPA should only be ready roughly after 1 month upon signing it.
Have yours over 1 month?
I've got back mine after 1 month, the lawyer called me for collection.
