Pricing on a psf basis wise will not be exactly cheap. Should be more than RM330 psf leveraging on Trinity's brandname. Absolute value will compel some investors to take a bet. Any taikor going into this assuming absolute selling price for studios less than RM200k?

2 weeks is just a given deadline. Just call your Sales Agent and tell them you are currently applying for loans. Don't think they will punish you unreasonably. I signed my SPA with other developers after about 2 months.

This T is owned by Neoh. That Trinity is owned by Tan Sri Chan. Different. I don't think that Trinity (Talam) is active in property development anymore
