tentative launching rm460 - rm480 psf.
sk not cheap anymore or land/material/labour cost gone up?
if response is good, remaining to sell at rm500 psf to rm520 psf.
again, demand & supply. initial feedback from is very encouraging.
this is even more expensive than the zest!!!

QUOTE(puchongite @ May 29 2012, 01:40 PM) Relate Sepang to Seri Kembangan, good good good ! spill over effect. nothing much in sepang now. nearest decent township is cyberjaya/putrajaya but not much excitement. hence, left seri kembangan/puchong/bukit jalil.

QUOTE(mango27 @ May 30 2012, 08:35 AM) agree... im working in CBJ and can see that CBJ is growing much rapidly in recent 2 years compared to last time... if this pace is continued, another 2 years you might see traffic jam in CBJ... anyhow, growth of CBJ and PUTRAJAYA would eventually benefit sk/puchong/bukit jalil as well... generally commerce will converge where there've a lot of booming f&b outlets. heard cyberjaya/putrajaya cannot open non-halal shops, is that right?

QUOTE(awh85 @ May 30 2012, 03:02 PM) there is one place near domain where u can get pork (not that good though) but in general, food in cyberjaya isnt that great - halal or not. okay. that's why we'll see a lot of spill overs to bukit jalil/puchong/seri kembangan where commmerce concentration will explode to the next level if cyberjaya/putrajaya/sepang booms.

QUOTE(SKfolk @ May 30 2012, 10:43 PM) Why non halal shops are not allowed there? Muslim are staying everywhere in KV though but still can see non halal shops everywhere in KV. there're certain cities in selangor, we cannot have non-halal f&b outlets. can someone who's an expert in this area confirm please. Did an in-depth study of the area. No doubt, Zeva is situated in an excellent investment grade area which falls into the Bukit Jalil-Puchong-Seri Kembangan exponetial growth zone.
Unless for own stay, why would someone invest in Zeva (circa RM400 psf) vs. The Zest (circa RM420 psf) - and both are by the same developer, similar concept & the latter is freehold, brand new & ready to move-in?
No, I'm not against Zeva which I'm looking into a unit for children statying! In any case, Zeva is a good investment for own stay. But for newly married couples or about to get married, my recommnedation is to go for The Zest.

QUOTE(TS 99 @ Aug 2 2012, 05:52 PM) SA told me around 200K !IF about 210K work out to be about RM 460/ ft2 before rebate. Is it reasonable price? if it's rm460 psf, then go for the zest @ kinrara 9 at rm420 psf brand new freehold. This post has been edited by Covillea: Aug 7 2012, 11:35 AM

QUOTE(illy2010 @ Aug 8 2012, 11:42 PM) I totally agreed with you Covillea. SK @ RM 460/ft2 is over! Zest will be better choice with MRT right on doorstep. I'm not saying ZEVA@Equine South is no good. In fact, it's situated at a soon-to-be explosive location - the next massive growth of Klang Valley. I'm saying The Zest@Kinrara 9 will be better buy for now before the LRT/MRT takes shape because it's still very, very affordable even at sub-sale. In a nutshell, I'm all for Trinity!!!

many went over to the zest to view the rm420 psf unit after they view zeva.
there're full-time agents helping potential purchasers with a choice. the zest got lrt somemore.
but i've full confidence in zeva in the long-run.

not sure about all the statements here!
let me share the potential of southern klang valley corridor:
if you focus on bukit jalil-puchong-seri kembangan, you cannot go wrong.
cyberjaya is 50-50 as all buy to invest but no one plan to stay.
putrajaya i think still far fetch!!!
