i have two banks in hand. am and hlb, i think it's safe to sign snp guar.

hlb confirm cannot go to 90% margin but am ask to by mrta. @#% right?

Yes if banker said its compulsory what u can do is get the offer letter then request to take out mrta otherwise will complain to bank negara, see what the agent say

banks getting smart. they know developer giving 5%. banks insist we pay 10%.....

if i got no choice i will take 85%. no choice meaning am force me to pay 9-10k mrta.

Do you think paying two tolls from putra permai to kl which is RM2.20 and RM1.50 is fair for the distance?I think rm1.60 and rm1.50 is a fair deal.As there will be many ppl use it just like LDP.

I believe there will be some leftover of BIG units for you to shop and the price is above $400K. If you're not desperate then wait for their SOHO units which be launched very soon ba.

Normally this one u may need to ask from the lawyer there to get the correct amount,coz if ask banker,they will use ur loan amount x1.8% to 2%.
