i don't think it's another condo..unless some other developer managed to buy that plot of land instead..

that time the SA told me they will build a shoplot there....about 3-4 storeys high..

Al-rahjibank the rate is high le...BLR is 6.90% le...6.90%-2.45%,if after completion cannot sell it out,sure the installment kena kau kau....somemore lock 5years....nowdays all bank almost lock 3 years only...

As a landowner, we are within our rights to tell the operator to leave but it would not be fair for him as he had invested money to put up the facilities, so he will leave once his lease expires in four years. So we can tell our buyers that for the first year [of occupying The Zeva], you can enjoy futsal facilities just behind you. Then the next year, you can look forward to more shops and serviced apartments!” he quips.

coz the unit i wanted that time was the one facing the futsal court then when i ask any future development, he said they building 3-4 storey shoplot

Al rajhi banker told me no lock in de wo.. So far only this panel bank i heard no lock in. Others all 3 years..

Can somebody tell me (with proof) that Trinity Group is also under Talam ? If so will it affect the building progression of Zeva in the coming future? I am going to sign S&P today but after reading the news, I am a bit worry.

So I try to extend few more days..see if possible...else no choice have to cancel..
