I thought 4th floor is the highest?
*
Hi, 1st to 3rd floor are for shoppers whereas 4th to 7th floor are for residents.
There will be another entrance for residents to reach 4th floor directly.
Meaning, 4th floor is considered as the 1st floor for resident car park, how thoughtful huh smile.gif

Zeva's olympic size pool and facilities are premium class.
As for 3E's, after going to their sale office to have a look, no regret to buy Zeva. smile.gif

I wonder what other condo has olympic size pool?
Any swimmers here are attracted by Zeva pool?

Not too sure, but, based on site plan, block A, B and C are not linked, believed each block has its own car park. smile.gif

At first I also thought so but the more I think the more it cannot be..
Zeva is having 50m Olympic-length pool not Olympic-Size swimming pool...they are very different from each other besides pool length blush.gif

Olympic-Size Pool:
Length -- 164 feet or 50 meters ------> Zeva only state this
Width -- 84 feet or 25 meters
Lanes -- 8 to 10
Lane width -- 8 feet 2 inches or 2.5 meters
Depth -- at least 6 feet 7 inches or 2.0 meters
Temperature -- 25-28 degrees Celsius
Volume -- At least 2,500 M^3, 660,000 US gallons or 2,500,000 liters, but varies depending on the depth of the pool.

Very good info, thanks for sharing. smile.gif

If actual olympic size does matter, Bukit Jalil pool is the choice, but, when comes to olympic-length, superb convenience, infinity feel, safe depth for most people, enjoy wind blow, good security, etc, Zeva is still the best choice. smile.gif
