Good to see strong interest on Zeva on the lowyat forum.

Booked a unit on 7th floor of block B on saturday.
Want to proceed with loan application this week.

Anyone know contact no of all panel bankers?
Which panel bank has the best offer?

For the 10% down payment, I will need to pay 10% of the S&P price before the rebate (minus 5k deposit). Is this correct?
And if the 90% of the loan is also based on the S&P price, where the 5% rebate will be reflect?

1) Yes, we need to apply panel banks at certain branch which offer DIBS
2) Yes, can swipe using any card but only those above are interest free.

Anyone can share which branch for OCBC, HLB & AmBank that offer DIBS?

By the way, i was informed by the lawyer that the down payment can be paid at the sales office before signing the S&P.

Anyone has paid the down payment?
