i am screwed then...i only applied 3 banks...and only 1 got back to me..not too keen on that one coz only 30 yrs...

i just called lee inn from trinity, only left 1 unit for 881 sf and 2 unit 1204.

i feel that the location is better than most dev surrounding it. opposite is jusco and commercial shops walking distance. cannot ask for more.
3 elements is on top of a hill somewhere and not walking distance to giant or atmosphere shops.

if i have money i buy more. hahahahah

3 element is walking distance to pasar borong selangor though. The fish and vege is fresher than those in giant.

3 elements is not on top of hill, it is right behind Petronas. Walking distance to Pasar Borong though

Yup nod.gif , I think the one on top is Lim KokWeng punya hostel. Actually 3E is walking distance to Jusco also, depends on how long you gonna walk...haha..
