Anyone sign SPA today? Or most of the buyer are still in the loan processing status?

I signed spa today, loan agreement next week.

Zeva's olympic size pool and facilities are premium class.
As for 3E's, after going to their sale office to have a look, no regret to buy Zeva.

I wonder what other condo has olympic size pool?
Any swimmers here are attracted by Zeva pool?

Not too sure, but, based on site plan, block A, B and C are not linked, believed each block has its own car park.

Mine is at 4th floor.
Wow, super thoughtful, 1 entrance direct to 4th, another 1 direct to 6, later telling us each floor also got direct entrance

May I know what HLB loan you applied? Conventional Semi-flexi or Islamic? TQ

my car park is at 6th floor, hehe..

i apply semi flexi, how abt u?

I applied HLB Islamic coz SA pushed it hard and it seems good but later I feel not comfortable with Islamic loan coz I'm not familiar with its model and calculation.
Has HLB given u LO?
HLB called me to inform loan approved, but, I've been waiting for 1 week but still no LO.
Instead, OCBC is fast and good offer, I've signed OCBC semi-flexi non-Islamic LO.

Yor.. Lucky you. When was it? OCBC told me full liao.

SERI KEMBANGAN residents can look forward to a new interchange at the Maju Expressway (MEX) or formerly known as the KL-Putrajaya Highway to ease traffic flow in the area.

The interchange that will be built from Jalan Putra Permai to MEX in Seri Kembangan had already been approved by the Cabinet earlier this month.

Serdang MCA chairman Datuk Liew Yuen Keong said Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai and Works Minister Datuk Seri Shaziman Abu Mansor would jointly make an announcement at the project site next week.

“The ministers will come to the site to reveal the project’s construction details which include the starting date of construction and how long it will take to complete,” he told a press conference recently.

“The interchange that is estimated to cost RM90mil will benefit around 100,000 residents occupying more than 50,000 houses in Seri Kembangan, Bandar Putra Permai and Puchong,” he said.

“With the coming MEX interchange, it will take residents only 20 minutes to drive to KL compared to about 45 minutes now,” he said.

Liew added that when the highway was planned, Bandar Putra Permai had yet to be developed. The area was caught in a traffic snarl after the highway was completed in 2007.

Liew, who was back then the Seri Kembangan assemblyman had already proposed the interchange to be be built to alleviate traffic congestions.

MEX is a 26km expressway connecting Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and KLIA.

On a separate issue, Liew also suggested the Selangor government to put up a detailed plan of the proposed construction ring road along Jalan Besar, Seri Kembangan.

“The detailed changes to the main road that had existed for more than 60 years should be put up to notify the shop owners along the road and get their opinions about the said changes,” he said.

He added that the RM36mil project would only solve traffic congestions in the area where the ring road was built, but will not entirely prevent the existing bottleneck at the further part of the road.

This's so confusing....... ZEVA project must have clarification otherwise I foresee lots of ppl reject by bank or give up then end up project can't sell... cos others bank with DIBS will tell u quota full

And they expect us to pay the balance of 10% within 14 days. Mine is due on 29 June and have written in but no reply. Things must be sorted out first before they expect us to comply.

Developer say that because it is easy for them to get progressive payment approved quickly during contruction. During contruction of a project, loan lawyers are the one incharge to verify and authorise the bank to make the progressive payment. This can lead to loop hole as it is their own lawyer for this project and can close eye to approve anything for the bank to release money. This has happened in other projects before and I experienced myself. Im not telling Trinity as they have reputable track record but just sharing my previous experience

The bottom line is you can choose your own lawyers and best is to compare which lawyer firm offers the best rate since banks dont absorb legal fees.
