I got a refund from a ebay seller through paypal to my debit card, I seen the transaction in my paypal account and it has been credited to my card. But when I check the balance in my bank account, it isn't there ?

it will take few days to get clear. if the transaction is in foreign currency you are likely to lose few cents or ringgit due to different exchange rate

From what I understand, US has this credit system, does similar system exist in Malaysia?
Is there anything I can do that make bank not approve my credit card? (Im good boy, i pay my cc bill every month hehe)
