really funny these fella's. i think they are trying to take us for a ride. On my side my SC told me that when i complain this issue my driver side blower is less than the passenger side and also emitting warm air instead of cold air. they told me the reason the aircond is not as powerful on the driver side is due to the blower is located at the passenger's side. ( which i think its total bullshit, most cars i think the blowers are located at the passenger side and i dont seem to have this problem with my previous car which the blower is located on the bottom left). as for the cooling problem they have still yet to solve and i am heading over this saturday to solve this 1 and for all (hopefully!!)

Same case for me. If auto set to low blower speed, then the driver side will be colder than the passenger side. Asked Kinrara SC they said its normal because of the location of the compressor. Somehow i doubt that

Did u install a good tint films at all windows & windshields? Usually when i drive alone on a hot day, i set the temp to 25-26 deg will do. If got passengers, i usually set the temp to 23-25 deg..24 deg is cool enough already. But of course, i've installed a good solar & security tint film which prevent most of the sun heat from penetrating into the cabin ..& i also did the aircond pipe insulation (DIY) that might also helps 

Yeap, it is tinted. as you said, 23 - 24 is sufficient.
I think there is some problem whtrader's AC.  Even my 12 years old iswara (AC, all original, no more tinted, peel off) does not take 20 minutes to cool.

Hi Bro, 23 to 24 deg?   How is that possible? Mine need to set 18? If not it will be hot even under normal weather.
By the way can share some pictures here of the installation.   

Will try to take some photo in the weekend, currently car is not with me......is very simple only, if not mistaken, you can find some info in internet.
i) u just need to find those insulation hose (those similar in your house air con),
ii)locate the cold part of the AC pipes (u can feel with your hand after u run your aircond). Warning, do not touch directly with your hand as there are a few pipes which are hot (also, do not insulate these pipes). Just feel by putting your hands near it, or if you have those temperature gun, it is helpful. Another helpful tip is, those cold pipes will have some water condensation on it.
iii)wrap it and tie with cable tie,etc...........

There are some insulation that comes with adhesive, but it can be very messy after that.

Also, if change tyre below 1000km, warranty void for suspension?  What about cases on above 1000km, change tyre n no change rim case OR change rim n tyre? Will Naza void thr warranty?

If pull-left problem happen and go 3rd party change chamber nut, warranty void ah for suspension and "car-leg" (don't know call what in Eng)

Hi, I posted on K&N a few pages back but no harm repeating for bros sake. I am driving 1.6SX for 9 months & always feel frustrated by lack of ommph tho I could not afford 2.0 at that time. Anyway, I bought a K&N drop in filter & it has really made a difference to low end torque. No more sluggish feeling. You can get it from lowyat Automotive Garage, look for speedworksonline, great seller. Price between 200 ~ 300 but definitely worth your investment. After all, its only 0.2% of your car price. 

Yeahh..i used the Simota Stainless Steel Drop In air filter instead..the car definitely feels a bit lighter when using this high flow air filter

How it was solved?

After speaking to my trusty old air cond service friend he commend me to remove the cabin air filter and test.
Upon removing the air filter the problem seems to be solved. The air coming out of the vent is much cooler and stronger.
During hot day it cooled faster too. In a sense the air filter is limiting the air flow to the cabin hence delaying the cooling effect.
And by the way it was install upside down and choked with dust.  .

Also changing the aircond setting from 18 deg c to 22/24 deg c might have helped. Not sure about this. But will continue to monitor.

Remove the filter will cause compressor more dusty and jam faster pr not?

other than going to A/C service shop (for those things cannot DIY), the cabin filter can be cleaned by our ownself on regular basis.
