4 spd or 6 spd ??

I went to glenmarie SC (new one beside porche) on my first 1k km service. He (His name is Fendi if not mistaken) help me fix the pull left issue after an hour tweaking here and there So far, still pull left a bit, but not so obvious already

When you are cruising in 4th gear at a low rpm, the engine doesn't generate enough torque to pull your car up the slope.

As you depress the gas pedal further, if the slope is not too steep the engine can actually rev at a higher rpm and yet still remain in 4th gear. However if it's a very steep ascent, or if you completely floor the gas the gear box will automatically downshift to third. It will take a second or two for the gearbox to 'sense' your need for acceleration before it downshifts though, a common trait for most non-performance automatic cars.

I'm assuming that you are flooring it when you down shift hence the engine revs spike straight to 4K; although it could be due to the smaller 1.6L. My 2.0L rarely needs to go beyond 3.5K for accelerating unless I manually shift it into 2nd gear and floor it madly, which I occasionally do.

100-110 should not give problem to forte, maybe u no press pedal harder?
my 1.6 6 speed quite promising in highway at 160-170, those mahal mahal car always keep a distance too or beam when far, only sometime inspira looks very fast from behind want cucuk i got so scare so i give way. other seems always far away.
bro same like me lol, my fuel gauge was empty when i got my car, lucky the petrol station is near.

Just found out that the alarm will not trigger when i open my car boot although i have lock my car.  Hmmmm... is this normal? Feel unsecure leh.

I'm planning to change my air filter to K&N air filter and I plan not to let the KIA SC notice that I've changed it. I'm planning to sell my brand new original Forte air filter (when I go for my 20k service) to anyone that is interested in it with a 20% discount from what you buy from Kia. I would like to trade my NEW filter with your OLD filter (so that when I go SC, I'll put back that old filter). Who's interested to do some trading with me?

try press the accelerator less, u may find the difference at certain RPM , say about 2500 to 3000.

does dropping in the air filter void the warranty terms etc etc?

get from fs trading, they still have the last unit, but i have many issue wif them, so is not a recomended to buy from them. Now just hope this unit will no cause me any problem
i install at GC motorsport DU, at 1st i wan in stall the original cover drl 1, but they dun have stock, so i choose this philip, it's quite pricey but i feel satisfied, the place put look like it's ori for forte, haha, i will post pic later

anybody changed the normal bulb H1, H7 and the fog lamp?

what s the normal price at shop outside, wat brand?

If one burnt need to change both or only the burnt one enough?
