CPL will reduce the water reflection but u want the water reflection in this particular pic right? coz its d reflection dat gives us the illusion dat water is moving. try another one with the cpl removed.

but again, cpl will cut the amount of light by 1/2, hence lengthen the exposure
*
No, I did not want those reflections. In fact I wanted the rocks and the riverbed underneath the water to show. It was also pretty cool to be able to illustrate two types of water effects from the same spot brows.gif .

So far, no one mentioning it... and also no one claiming it yet...

Well, the last few items actually just came in today, and for a cheap made-in-china product... The adapter's quality turned out to be way better than I expected laugh.gif

Of course, a few test shots with the aperture wide open. Dang! This thing is freaking heavy rclxub.gif

Opened my door and almost squished this guy. Took a shot instead. A little soft though; wouldn't stay still long enough, and there was no light. 5n + Tamron SP90.

Both via eBay biggrin.gif 50/1.7 from procamera and FOTGA adapter from dslrbaby, the adapter also came with a hard/solid screen protector which I could not use... 5N touch screen laugh.gif Still hunting for other Hexanons, or maybe Hexars since they are quite a lot cheaper.

Also ordered another Canon FD to NEX adapter yesterday, same brand same seller, just won the bid for a Canon 70-210/4 under RM200 including USPS Priority shipping fees (~4x item cost doh.gif )

Is it this one? http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/detail.asp?IDLens=17

If yes, then it's an A-mount, and you will need an MA adapter instead. You will only get AF if using the Sony LA-EA2 adapter. 3rd party adapters do not have electronic chips in them.
