TM flying squad did fly in and fix the issue today

It seems that the existing BTU is having issue so they replace it with a new different model. VDSL for high rise are unstable for certain model . The new model is from ZTE working perfectly

Great thumbs up to TM :-)

Using Unifi biz faster support for sure

Hmmm.. relocation require RM250? Can I get more information? What if I relocate from an apartment to another condo, which are both high rise buildings.

Same price. No matter what ever type of property. Also, the place you are moving to must have unifi coverage as well. Then only can successfully make a relocation of service

Probably you got the newer batches of Huawei modems. The earlier batch suffer from overheating issue which results in damage to the equipment and frequent disconnections (losing sync - DSL light blinking).

I ended up putting the Huawei modem on top of a notebook cooling fan. But no longer need to do so since I got mine replaced with a ZTE modem. In fact, I have let the ZTE run 24/7 for more than 2 weeks without any problem nor restarting too.
