Evening.

Sometimes lost connection for 60 seconds.

The router light turns red.

Anyone experience the same thing?

Can we change our Unifi password?

Only way to change your password is to call up the Unifi center. They don't allow users to change coz password is stored in modem as well. Later if change password, then password in modem not the same de and can't connect anoymore

QUOTE(ekudz @ Jan 23 2012, 11:34 PM)
Yes, i think u can change .. still under MYUnifi .. but u need to re-configure back ur password inside modem.
*
Currently using auto connection.

If the methods of auto or dialer are similar like Streamyx, easy.

What's with the freakin disconnection? vmad.gif

If I'm truly fed-up, I can buy out the two(2) years contract; pay RM500.

Make me sick.

Download disrupted vmad.gif

WTF!

PS: Pandan Indah.

Last Saturday afternoon, suddenly no light at all on my modem (white).
Orange router (orange) still got lights.

I called the Tech Support yesterday afternoon since I thought it's just a glitched.

Just now Unifi technician came and said the power adapter kaput doh.gif
Replaced with a new one.
Got connection again.

Exactly after a month (installed 12th January 2012) already 'kaput'?
And during that period....frequent disconnection; 'Optical' lights went red doh.gif

TM NEVER ceased to 'disappoint' us whistling.gif

The phone need eletricity to function.

Imagine if blackout...phones dead.

Or if the modem are out of order.

Speed now when downloading...< 20kbps.

I miss Streamyx.

Hated when I saw a red light on the modem sweat.gif

Morning.

Anyone using TM Online Guard Plus?

Received an email from Unifi giving it to us for free download.

Unifi services vulnerable to virus attacks?

Or it's still the old skool info about viruses; don't download or open files from an unknown source.

My PC was infected with Trojan Horse, Ramnit virus as we speak.
Still have not format it yet.

Maybe I opened an infected file.

Yes that's the correct way. Under myBill, you can pay online or download the pdf manually.

What is Super Speed Me? I thought Unifi already fast.

Btw, nak cari makan biarlah dari sumber dan cara yang halal. Bukan fikir untung je.

Thank you.

Agree.
