Hi guys,
I got some issue with my pre order online purchase for samsung galaxy note 2 . I order one unit sgs note 2 but when i log in into my online banking and check my unbilled transaction for credit card, it charge me twice at the same date. I only received one confirmation email from Digi that i had order the phone.
I contacted my bank and they advise me to go back to Digi as they should be doing the reversal for the payment. I contacted Digi staff, they say from their system they only saw one transaction. They ask me to send the statement to them. Problem is my statement will only out by next month 13th. Any advise what should I do on this issue?
