I have a question about digi broadband, if i sign up right now and get the extra quota promotion, after the promotion end, did the extra quota also end and quota will reduced?

Also, sign up online or go to the center, which one better? Since digi center quite far from my location.

Thanks.

It's time for other telcos to follow DiGi on the throttled speed after exceeding the monthly quota. Most telcos cap speed at around 64kbps which is almost unusable. At 512kbps, it is back like Streamyx days but at least should still be usable.

If the simcard has an U on it, than it's LTE ready.

Seems like I need to change sim card to LTE ready ones. No U letter on SIM card & my LTE capable phone is unable to find LTE networks even i'm in an area with LTE coverage.

Does changing SIM card to LTE ready ones at Digi Store tooks a long time?

Nope, as long as there is not much people at the Digi store. If no people maybe 10-15 mins at max.

Guys, what is the bundled call time for SmartPlan 28? Digi web page states that it is UNLIMITED for only RM28 !!!! shocking.gif
Attached Image
Makes no sense when you compare it to the SmartPlan 48.

"unlimited calls & sms" to 3 digi friends

the positioning of the wording is misleading.

I heard (friend forwarded to me over WhatsApp) that DiGi also have some plans especially for Sarawak. But can't seem to find that info
I am from there but living in KL now, does that count? rclxub.gif

I totally forgot about this thread! If you know me well enough, I'm actually still an active contributor for Digi and they even appointed me to be part of their community. Anyway, I don't have time to maintain this thread anymore. So, long story short, somebody please open a new version! biggrin.gif

I hope new TS will do a better job than I do.

Adios. Thread closed.
