Hi guys, I got a problem with Digi MMS. I just downgraded my phone to an old Motorola. Digi sms me one day stating that the phone supports WAP & MMS bla bla and ask me to wait for an installation sms. But it never came. So I *128# up and requested for another SMS. But it never came again.

I tried to search around for a manual setup around but I'm not sure what I should enter because the old phone has 3 sections, but those guides shows a lot of info. My phones has only Service Name, Server Name with http:// pre-written, and Web Session Name.

What I found was

If DiGi prepaid plan converted to DiGi postpaid plan, a maximum of RM100.00 credit can be carried forward.  I'm not sure how this works with phone plus package deal though.

Ya thats what i found out too, only allowed you to transfer a certain amount of credit and forfeit the rest.

Here is the deal.

The only good point > this is the first time DiGi provided a pass that last 24 hrs instead of till midnight, and does not auto-renew.

But from the daily rate, we may as well subscribe mobile internet and use our favourite mobile browser (mine is UC browser).

Just found out that DiGi cancelled about 90 DiGi-DiGi sms that I buy recently under RM1 for 100 sms. I know it's only small money but this is a purchase not a freebie and there was no expiry date mentioned when I buy the sms.

Update : DiGi have credited back the forfeited sms biggrin.gif

I bought a new phone and had to cut to microsim. Unfortunately, the new phone cannot read the sim so i had to get a new microsim from digi. So my contact list is inside the old sim.

However, now i cannot insert it back to the old phone becasue it is already cut. Not able to get a microsim adapter so far.

Would digi center be able to retrieve my contact list inside my old simcard? and if yes, how are they going to pass the list of numbers to me?

Thanks

use the *111* callback service

in some countries/networks you can just call out like normal BUT the rates are much higher than under callback
