Yes no more OCS. It was announced as temporarily... but I think maybe permanently.

bad coverage. everytime say upgrading n bla bla bla. Aint nobody got time for that...so i jumped ship. celcom is slightly stable.

oic. Totally understtod the frustration. I'm considering to change to Xpax2 when my Digi Campus expires at December. Cos their current Prepaid plan is not so competitive. smile.gif

i am planning to get note2 with Digi SmartPlan RM48. The problem here i dont fully understand how the payment work. is it i have just to pay only RM48 every month (2years Contract)? Or is there any hidden fees? Please some can explain to me. Need help.

I wanted to try out DiGi Internet, subscribed to rm3/day via my Samsung Galaxy S, what settings i need to set as i cant go online with my subscription. I ady enabled Data but still cannot connect sweat.gif

hai viqq...i am totally agreed with you, digi never appreciate to reward the loyal customer with special rate/discount to phone purchase/upgrade. so stupid still hv to have another contract and downpayment.. i been using since 2000 as postpaid with monthly usage of 200-400, i got nothing..only valueless bonuslink point, and stupid answer and reply from digi.. only new customer always get the good deal...
time to change!

Hi, want to ask if anyone experience this issue...where you already port out your number to other telco, but Digi call and chase you for payment after 2 months??

Fyi, I already pay the full payment at Digi centre on August before porting out..and now I already at another telco. If I haven't pay then how can my number port out right?

If ur name been blacklist coz of the balance, u kenot port out from that telco. But now u edi port out to other telco. Did u know, how much they rugi if one cusyomer lari from using their service. Even u edi check n pay full payment before to port out. So dat there will be no problem. Or blacklist coz not paying. Same goes to my cousin n fiance. No need to pay. Let it be.


Added on October 17, 2012, 12:39 pmU kenot port out until u clear the payment. But now, u edi port out n made the full payment. Means dat, u dun have any blacklist. Tricky treat playing by many telco.

There is always a "last bill" after porting out. icon_idea.gif

Chk the date of the services in DiGi's bill as compared to the PortOut date.

Coz, 1 customer they get few percent for extra charge. Or for other charge. Let say rm 10 per user. If one of their customer run to other telco, they can get any profit anymore. Business is business. Let say if u pay the amount that been mention by them after u port out. Then 5months more they say, sir u still got balance. Wat the hack. Playing round huh. Only one thing, if u kenot pay the full amount before the port out, how come u can port out now? How come u can used under other telco. If ur name been blacklist coz of balance, all other telco can check ur name whether ur name been blacklist or not. If yes, how come u can used other telco now? Haha

Er, you forgot about the last bill.
Of course you can port out because your previous telco hasn't blacklisted you yet when you port out. sweat.gif doh.gif
They assume you will pay your last bill even though you have ported out.

Let me create an example for you. If you use, you have to pay. As simple as that.

For e.g. your billing date is 15th every month. That means your bill will be only generated after 15th.

Your porting was succeed on 13th. How about spending from previous month's 15th to this month's 13th? The bill hasn't been generated yet when you port out, obviously you can't pay prior to your porting.

Ok, that's because of the last bill. Will pay for that then. So annoying every time same people call up to settle the bill. Don't want got blacklisted later because of the 100 bucks.
