I don't have DiGi friends already, all of them have resigned. Yes, I'm waiting for the half price data promotion for Ambassador users. |

just a short question, hopefully someone can enlighten me. I am on prepaid. If my credit validity is only for 3 days, i activate the internet weekly plan. does that mean i can't use my internet for the remaining 4 days? Also can anyone tell me how to quickly (but worth my money way) use up my RM50+ credit so that i can port to Umobile?

U Mobile allow you to finish your data subscription even if your normal credit validity runs out half way. That is the fair way since the subscription was paid in advance. |

I am using Digi prepaid and have about RM300 credits. I would like to get a phone + package by Digi. Is there any way I can:
1) Keep the same number and contact list 2) Transfer my RM300 value to a new prepaid credit or use it to offset a postpaid charge? Thank you. This post has been edited by Human Nature: Nov 3 2012, 02:26 PM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 3 2012, 03:13 PM) I thought phone + package is a postpaid plan? Thanks. There are quite a no of package nowadays and i get confuse easily. As for no (2), so it is true that there is something like this (as informed by a friend) but need to check whether it is still existing or not. TQ.1) Can keep same number but contact list you have to manage yourself as it will change a new SIM card for you. 2) Can use that offset in your future bills (if they still allow these days) |

If DiGi prepaid plan converted to DiGi postpaid plan, a maximum of RM100.00 credit can be carried forward. I'm not sure how this works with phone plus package deal though.
