Q6. Are there any charges if I switch from any existing DiGi Prepaid™ call plans to DiGi® Easy Prepaid?
A6. Yes, a one-off fee of RM5 applies if you are switching from any existing DiGi Prepaid™ call plans to DiGi® Easy Prepaid from 14 September 2012 (*128*1*4#) onwards, except for the following:

1. DiGi® Best Prepaid
2. DG Family™ Prepaid
3. Edisi Khas
4. Prepaid Internet™
5. DiGi Prepaid Smart Plan™

After switching, all usage and reload counters value will remain. Only your freebies account will be reset to zero. However, the free talktime freebies' value will remain the same and will be retained for Birthday Bonus™ purposes. Your friends and family™ numbers will also be reset.

Was browsing the Digi website, looking for new phone to buy.

However, am not to sure about this :

"An Advance Payment is applicable upon sign-up (for purchasing a device under contract + one-month commitment fee for DG Postpaid™ Plus subscription)." <-- What does this means?

e.g refer below :
user posted image

Does it mean that my first payment would be for the phone price + the first month charges? In this case, for RM1,049+RM88= RM1,137?

U surprised me.. I thought no one buys Blackberry anymore.

I dunno someone asked this question or not.

I currently use digi Hit RM1 plan.(2009 offer)
Lasr week just bought a smartphone.
And found this digi prepaid smart plan.

Is it possible for me to switch to prepaid smart plan while keeping my number?

too bad then.
I dont want to sacrifice my cheapest call rate when subscribe super 10.

If i take the RM48/30 days(750mb), then exceed the quota, how low the dl speed.

I am planning to get the Note 2 from digi with data plan.
Is it possible to keep my prepaid number to change to the plan?
As I check the website, it seems I only can keep the number from postpaid. or am I wrong?

I'm just wondering if I already have a contract on a number, but it ends in December, can I subscribe for a new line while terminating the existing one without paying penalty fee? Hmm..

the contract is until December rite?.. i'm guessing they would still wanna hold u till December, i mean, If they allow a 3 month termination earlier than the contract, some customer would b asking for a 4 month earlier termination. Unless there is some policy tat state tat under certain circumstances they can allow earlier termination. smile.gif

Hi, I have recently got meself a Digi internet phone package for like 3gb per month for so and so. Do i have to set my Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc to National Roaming?

sorry for noob question,
i wasn't being able to get the internet browser on my phone working or the Play Store working for the last few days even though apps such as facebook or whatsapps work perfectly fine.

only after i set my Roaming option in the mobile and network, to National Roaming can anything start working.

im not sure if my internet setting is correct

thanks in advance.

Hi bro. Yes. Until December. One thing is that if I use back the same number for a new plan subscription, they do allow me to terminate earlier but must be exactly at least 2 months remaining. No more than that.

The one disappointment I felt with DiGi is that, I've been with them 2 years for the postpaid and 10 years+ for prepaid before I shifted to the postpaid. They never really rewarded their loyal customers. Instead, new subscribers get all the good deals while we, their loyal customers are left behind. We've been through network problems & issues, bad signal & etc. with them, they don't even bother to keep me to their network.

I am hoping more discounts on the phones or rebates on the contracts upon renewal of my contract, but instead of getting those, I got an headache of the contract termination issue since the new deal are so much more lucrative. (RM1099 for the Samsung SIII + monthly RM20 rebate). Needed to terminate current contract before I can signup. And ironically, the deal ends 14th October before my contract minimum termination period which is on 18th October. Argghh..

Now since the SIII deal is gone, I'm waiting patiently to see if they can offer us a deal on the iPhone 5. Come on DiGi. Don't make me jump the ship preaaasssee.. rolleyes.gif
