normally the dealer will do the registration, but maybe it will delay or maybe sometimes dealer will 'forget', depends, u can bring it to any dealer to register if u want...

can, if they not allow u to change to prepaid, then u can just MNP to other network and MNP back to digi...

DiGi coverage area is still very limited, no point upgrading to high speed without stable coverage...
