Yes... just wrap with 1st with white A4 paper (like I always do) or using brown paper (kertas minyak).

Plastic bag is more convenient for a big seller, they just put in the bag. If sending 5 - 10 items a day, would you wrap it?

But the box is quite small, so where I or the staff ? can paste the receiver's address etc.

You don't need to have an account with them to get the Poslaju plastic. Poslaju called it as flyer. It has 3 size, Small Flyer, Medium Flyer & Large Flyer. It's for everyone, everyone can get it.
The guy / girl who doesnt want to give you the plastic is probably a hardass whose too lazy to take the plastic from their desk.

Just ask & they will provide. If they don't, call the manager in charge & tell them about it.
I've been dealing with Poslaju Shah Alam, Poslaju Kota Bharu, Poslaju Petaling Jaya, Poslaju Klang & none of them ever asked for an account number.

If you're a frequent shipper like me who post more than 5 items everyday, you may ask for a large amount of flyer & Poslaju form from them.

About the box, you can buy a bigger box at Pos. But better to find a bigger box somewhere for free cos it may too big.

That's why I've said that the guy / girl who you talked to is too lazy to take the plastic for you.
And some of them save the plastic for frequent large amount shipper.

Nowhere in their policy says you can't get the plastic if you don't have an account with them.
If the staff refuse to give you the plastic, call their manager.
If the manager also tries to argue with you, ask for their policy paper and tell them to show it to you where in their policy states you can't get the plastic if you don't have an account.

If they insist on not showing you the policy, tell them you will report this matter to the consumer's tribunal.

It happen to me once before.

It seems some other forumers have problems getting flyers from them as well, with the same excuse of it being only available to those with accounts.

I haven't experience anything like that so far. The counter often give me more than enough flyers when I ask for it. Then again, I go to the Poslaju office in Glenmarie almost every alternate day.
I find those at Poslaju counters in Post Offices (not Poslaju centers) tend to be more unfriendly and tend to not provide flyers or forms.

For TS, it's best you wrap your item in brown paper or newspaper. Poslaju centers will often put it into the appropriate flyer and do the rest for you. Just get the form and fill it up correctly then pass it to them. If you go to Poslaju center then no need to take number, if small post office then need to take number like everyone else. If big post office, sometimes they have a special Poslaju counter which you no need to take number and just queue up there.

I agree with munkeyflo. The Tawau office is probably backlogged. Call them to complain, make sure they prioritize your parcel, and claim your refund.

WTF, i sit at home all the time how come " NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY "? SHHHIT, need run one round post office d.

Call them and complain. Sometimes it's the delivery person that's lazy/couldn't finish his round in time then try to cheat. Or, maybe so ngam you in the shower/go out tahpau food then the deliveryman come?

anyone have experience claiming refund from poslaju for item lost or broke during poslaju handling?
i wonder, if the poslaju slip not completely fill especially section 4,5 and 6 will i able to claim refund?
