I am entitled to have them delivered to me right? Since there's no sign of failed delivery or whatsoever on that site & no sign of delivery on that day too. Any answers?

Guys, I've recently had my stuff shipped from Korea on the 21st Feb (album) and there's no tracking number plus I haven't heard from it for so long. Is it possible to call up Pos Malaysia and ask on my item's whereabouts?

I tried to track with Poslaju's new system but game me "error occured"
Then I went to try out Pos Malaysia tracking system and it worked.

Meanwhile poslaju's tracking system is totally trash. Can't detect any tracking codes at all. http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace
