Parcel shown delivered but recipient is not me, that name listed are only my shortform name on the mailing address. I didn't received any parcel at the date/time shown in the tracking list. I've call a number of pos outlets around my area, none of them pickup my call and 1 300 300 300 direct me to their online e-feedback application site.

Anyone experienced this and please tell me what should i do in this situation? Item bought from shopee and shipped by Poslaju.

Any idea what happen? or ETA? or anyone facing this issue before.

Mine also the same, stuck with the same status since 21/10/2020

The other day I was sending some documents using GDEX and according to the staffs, the post office workers in MYKULA sorting center might have contracted COVID-19 and had to be quarantine. Dont knw whether it is true or not i doubt they have the warehouse capacity to hold all the international parcels coming into Malaysia for 2 weeks!

Is it normal for it to be stucked here for so long?

Stupid Pos Laju. usually J&T, DHL or ninja will take 2-3 days to deliver, but Poslaju take more than 1 week on a non festival period. i will never use their service is my life anymore. Shame to Malaysia POS. Why government owned company cannot do job well ? why always memalukan rakyat malaysia?

Can anyone from this forum able to help me out. On April 08,2021. I posted a carton of parcel online registration at home than send to jalan Ipoh PO weight made payment . Up to now April 18 2021 my parcel was not reach to receiver from KL jalan Ipoh to destination Semenyih Selangor .
Reported my case at Segambut KL Poslaju reply answer was NOT SURE NO PROMISE AND JUST WAIT.
What can I do???

Hi guys wanna ask..is anyone here got experience when your parcel held by Customs during this pandemic?
Currently my parcel status is like this:

Is better for me to wait for few more days (if got change they will eventually released my parcel) or just go to Pos M'sia Int'l Hub by tomorrow?
i need to apply permission at police station to cross more than 10km area?
i want to settle by myself..dont want to hire agent

I sent a parcel and it seems like the tracking progress didn't even show "Out For Delivery" but instead after how many days end up saying
"Item can be collected at" etc etc

How long can they hold my parcel? because I have informed the recipient but next month only the person can go to collect.

I ordered something a month ago using Pos Daftar (cos Poslaju would cost me RM120 lol). Is this normal? I never used Pos Daftar before so I dont know the flow of it. Item processed = already on the boat?
