all poslaju need to get number except for smaller branch like at cyberjaya post office, need to que.

get the form and fill up 1st before get the number. Don't fill up when already at the counter, everyone hate when people do that. It's make everyone waiting longer.

Haha ok smile.gif
thanks

after I fill the form, then I should just take number and go the counter and then what will the staff will ask me to do?

Do I need to pack them in the plastic or they will do it? (I mean the Poslaju 'plastic') tongue.gif

If I do it myself, do I have to pack/wrap them at the counter or before?

Sorry if u don't get it tongue.gif

btw, I will go to Poslaju Batu Caves, I think need to take number..

most poslaju counter no need for you to take queue number. Just fill the form and queue at the counter.

packing - it is recommended for you to pack your items. Do the packing before coming to poslaju counter

I wrap it using A4 paper. I mean the poslaju plastic that like.. Err.. I mean if I buy something they will pack the item inside something like Poslaju plastic. So where can I get it? 0.0 at the counter?

need to wrap 1st yourself before go. The poslaju plastic only for someone who have an account with them and only available at big Poslaju center. I have ask before, they always say don't have it. When I ask at Brickfield poslaju center, they ask for account number. But I lucky enough to get 1 or 2 sometime.

Poslaju Brickfield need to get the number not sure for Batu Caves. Even I live at Selayang, I always post at either Brickfield or Cyberjaya.

If we don't have Poslaju account, then we will just send the box with no plastic? Is it okay?

Yes...  just wrap with 1st with white A4 paper (like I always do) or using brown paper (kertas minyak).

Plastic bag is more convenient for a big seller, they just put in the bag. If sending 5 - 10 items a day, would you wrap it?

But the box is quite small, so where I or the staff ? can paste the receiver's address etc.

Sorry, too much questions since it's my 1st time tongue.gif 1st time become a seller too lol

Partially wrong.
You don't need to have an account with them to get the Poslaju plastic. Poslaju called it as flyer. It has 3 size, Small Flyer, Medium Flyer & Large Flyer. It's for everyone, everyone can get it.
The guy / girl who doesnt want to give you the plastic is probably a hardass whose too lazy to take the plastic from their desk.

Just ask & they will provide. If they don't, call the manager in charge & tell them about it.
I've been dealing with Poslaju Shah Alam, Poslaju Kota Bharu, Poslaju Petaling Jaya, Poslaju Klang & none of them ever asked for an account number.

If you're a frequent shipper like me who post more than 5 items everyday, you may ask for a large amount of flyer & Poslaju form from them.
