PKNS in Shah Alam??? I went there on 25th Jan....when i got the queue number....got 450+ people in front of me.... vmad.gif

Straight went out and off i went to Port Klang, but not a good idea also, as by the time i got the queue number, got 200+ people in front and the counter they open is much lesser than PKNS....went to jalan jalan and shopping at GIant and return, only cleared 80+ and still got 120+ people, went to Giant one more round.. mad.gif

Then, return and sit and wait for one hour plus....finally get it registered and wait for payment...and was advised that to collect the passport 2 days later.....

Went to Subang Terminal at first, only to find out that they moved. Wasted my RM 3 parking.  vmad.gif

I find that for single males to rent a common room is damn difficult compare to single females.

Unless we are willing to stay together with Bangla, Indians or Malay's landlord.

They think all of us as guys are hamsap or wat?

did it once before the big renovation, have to wait a few days as they will process the paper at JB office then send the passport to SG for collection. So now they can issue passport the same day? cost RM1 = SGD1??

Just to share my experience with Malaysia High Commision at Jervois Road.

I renewed my Malaysian passport 2 weeks ago and it was a breeze! I must say they are quite efficient, comparing to their counterparts back in Malaysia.

I arrived at 1120AM and collected my passport within the same day at 2PM. When I collect my passport, I found out that there are approximately 70 people in front of me in the queue line. But the queue moves very fast and I got my passport within 10 mins. So I would guess they need to process like 100 passports everyday? And they did it in 2 hours time! rclxms.gif

Renewal fee is SGD 124. You can take ID photo there as well for SGD 6. ID photo taken in SG (Usually in white background) is not acceptable.

Make sure you arrive before their lunch break (12PM) to submit your application form or else your passport will be ready only on the next day.

Let me know if you need more details!

No, I ate at a small Chinese eatery in Valley Point (which is also opposite of the SPC petrol kiosk) where they sell Bak Chor Mee for just $4.50. The taste like ewwww.. They put vinegar into the gravy which I found it a little disgusting.

Is that nice? If it is, I'll probably try that after 4.5 years lol!

LOL my friend was holding M'sia and SG passport so at 21 she had to give up one, guess which one she gave up (no prize for guessing right)? She had to go don't know how many offices in M'sia (got referred here and there) in order to renounce citizenship plus she referred to an address on a website and was told they moved 3 years ago -.-"

Its so damn expensive to own a car at Singapore ya guys. U got to have a piece of paper worth 70k SGD first, only then go buy a car to be use for 10 year only.  Lucky and thank goodness Singapore government is very2 brilliant with their public transport system. I wish malaysia govt will copycat singapore efficiency with public transportation system in d future wink.gif

Public transport is the same everywhere. Cannot escape from breakdown due to technical fault.
