guys I used to feel soreness in my muscles the day after I worked them but now I rarely feel the soreness anymore, maybe just a little when I stretch my muscles on purpose. does this mean my workout isn't as effective anymore?

You shouldn't judge effectiveness or progress based on soreness. Base it on whether you're getting stronger over time and whether you're seeing progress in the mirror. |

I heard if u carry dumb bells(not sure wat's it called) during your puberty stage, it will affect growth in height. How true is this and is it only dumb bells? If push ups ok right??
