Still prefer training at cf Wangsa walk. Did you check out the lockers in uni gym ?damn, its really small and I bet you can't put in your college bag and a gym bag together. If I'm driving to uni then I could leave it in my car but sadly I'm not.

Guys, currently I'm in gain weight progress.

Here is my calories intake.

Breakfast - BSN truemass 1.5 scoops.(350 calories)

Noon - Normal lunch(500 - 800 calories)

Before workout - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoops (350 calories)

Dinner - Normal dinner ( 500 - 800)

Before sleep - BSN Truemass 1.5 scoop + egg ( 400 calories )

Total is only around 2400 calories. I can't take any much of mass gain powder because it make me wanna vomit after drink it. very unconformable. sad.gif

I'm assuming you're asking if that's enough. First off, what's your weight? Do you know an approximate value for your caloric maintenance level? Add on about 500 calories to that figure and that's more or less what you'd need to gain weight. You can snack on things like dried fruits and nuts to get extra cals.

It's just the illusion kind of effect man. In a way it does take some time for a taller guy to make himself look well built.

it's nt just an illusion, it is reality. as you cn see the famous bb, jay cutler at 175cm ronnie coleman 180cm lee priest 162cm. I rarely see bb height at 185cm above.
