They launch on last SAT & SUN, block B&C 95% sold, only left level13a top floor, u know, 13a & top floor,waht problem will u facing?
got DIBS + 5% discount seem interesting but the price a bit high in that area? what my concern is LRT too near will it too noisy? 2nd thing is tenire only left 86 years....plan to sell it once completed, any ideas? |

I can say lrt p.jaya its not loud as expected. I personal try this lrt to pudu. Its really no loud or noisy le. Some more bayu is not landed. Why worry a noise when u stay high level.Tai lo, the building worth for viewing point. U imagine standing higher on 10th flr open front balcony door, then open rear entrance door the wind can blow from back to front thru ur house. This block no need think u want back or front unit. Two side its all ur owned. Cheap place depend la. Velocity at jln peel mostly a cheap too. But price can goreng like kfc fried chick. |

WHAT is the different between condo, apartment, service apartmet and CONCEPT APARTMENT as advertised by bayu pandan..... really confused....

'Serviced apartment/residence/suites' are terms used for residential units built on land with commercial title. This is the "workaround" as otherwise a commercial titled land is meant for shops, shopping ctrs, hotels etc. Apartment and condos are appropriately called residential units built on residential titled land. As to diff between condo and apartment, i think diff in facilities? (i may be wrong) |

Sound like you always attend their site oftenly and check unit available. So you bring a chair sit & wait whom may rejected loan then you can skip & booking. If I not mistaken next week will get the news for whom will rejected or before their sign S&P. I saw advertisement Altitude 236 at Alam Damai Cheras for condo unit. The price RM600/sqft(min). This project under IJM it's reliable developer, but location not my favor. Everytime pass-by was jam at the Desa Tun Razak traffic light.
