looking at the brochure was the lamest thing i have ever seen.... some non related show unit picture... wrong proportion of mapping .... i mean compare with mah sing sales gallery, this is far behind. Nonetheless as i said, superb proximity to lrt have self spoken to buyers and the location of sales gallery of that close proximity has been the best advertisement ever.

Bro, you left one more things, the advantages the unit have good viewing point to frontage and rearview. Both side no blocking should be good winding & good fengshui. If buy from level 6 or above is better.

I agree it is may not like other 5star luxury condo selling point RM1mil/unit, since the internal less facilities. Usually buyer concern abt location nearest to kl point. Or we can compare behind jusco maluri underconstruction property service apartment, how much & built-up?

who got buy the bayu units ? i am know it got a free samsung galaxy tab and 5% discount.
Can someone tell me other than that , what is the thing offer by bayu ?
I went to bayu office yesterday , it was very hot sales.

Just booked one unit. Yes have free samsung galaxy tab if u sign s&p and approved loan within 30days from booking date.

Are you sure blk A sold? Yesterday they are only launch blk B & C. Blk C cheaper due to the distance from pool & lrt.

Blk A not yet ready for sale until finish 2 blk. I expected blk A maybe start next week later.

S&p fees is free. But not sure from the bank side. Will check on monday.

After maluri traffic light turn right then turn left before flyover to shamelin. Then u saw shoplot on ur right, and turn in to right go straight will saw the showroom. But now left top & grd level only.

0.20 per square fit. Around maluri and pandan jaya have a land to build house really hard to find. The land is limited. However jalan peel area going to refresh soon . It will going have lot new shopping center like sunway velocity and Ikea and Ikano going to develop. If new house build there is around 700k for 1000 square fit. Isn't the bayu price still acceptable. As I know the security and facility and maintenance was important. Hope bayu can do well on this

but this is juz 2 tier security provided...

Ok. Will tell u when the bank contact me, since the kim realty arrange for me with std bank panel.

But if u r interested buy, cannot waste time for small matter. Caused the booking its faster like horse race. Next will be blk A very soon.

But i bought it concern have good viewing point. Mind at corner unit have 3-viewpoint which is frontage, rear view & corner endlot. Also have facilities for mum to wet market, restaurant, bank, mamak stall & many. Also less 200m to bus stop. Each unit have 2 carpark. For more than that can park beside lrt station or near shophouse.

Still think expensive, then better go wisma mca take the form apply 1malaysia house scheme lah.

Corner unit have 3 view ? i am just know the front can view the pandan indah area , rear can view KLCC , corner unit got side view ?
Are you sure corner unit will have another side window ?

The less than 200m bus stop I assume is the one across the bridge? The only bus which ply that road is a T32x, which only covers Taman Maju Jaya, Pandan Perdana, and Shamelin. If you want the bus to Kuala Lumpur City (U27, U31, Metrobus no 30), you have to walk all the way to the main road (Jalan Pandan Jaya). But then, since so near LRT, for what want to take bus. haha.

Today I got to know about this project at their roadshow at Tesco Cheras. My only concern is what the developer will do about the stench from the river in front.
Most people who frequently or used to frequently taking Ampang Line will understand what I'm talking about.
