They launch on last SAT & SUN, block B&C 95% sold, only left level13a top floor, u know, 13a & top floor,waht problem will u facing?
got DIBS + 5% discount seem interesting but the price a bit high in that area?
what my concern is LRT too near will it too noisy? 2nd thing is tenire only left 86 years....plan to sell it once completed, any ideas?

I think Block B & C is better than A. Because in the early morning, you will hear "ding dong ding dong" and speaker from the station? coz early morning very quiet i think will become morning call? and when brek will have sound like 'eeeekkkkkk'? and i dont think will have double galzed window unless u install your self.juz my 2 cent.
