Have they changed the type of the window and position of the door in the kitchen? looks different from the brochure... Comparison as below:

It looks like the kitchen got smaller.. Is still the same but in smaller dimension. It does not seem can fit the sink and table top.

i have to agree that the facade is rather plain but the location is excellent - with the possibility of MRT as well
this will provide further price boost to the development. Its very near to the Cochrane area and TRX also.

How come u bought that time so expensive. The unit itself when u bough is 600k without include loan lawyer fee ?

It is developer price... the higher the more expensive... And block A is approx 10% more expensive as the distance with the station is less than 2-3 mins walk... I am not in hurry to sell as I am fine to rent it out for few years as i believe the place is strategic to attract tenant with profitable rental fee. I will nego with serious buyer. I even hesitate if i should move here... Too convenient.. Far better than my existing hse now.

Ur wrong bro... unless all the owner willing to rent out less than 1.8K per month, the block wont have low class tenant. The most it will have middle class working people who work in KL or PJ which prefer to take lrt to work rather than drive and jam everyday. I don't believe low class tenant will be able to fork out RM1.8 K or more just for rental.

Its just my 2 cent la....

the pandan lrt is famous for the crime...some more is surrounded by very round down low cost flats n commercial areas...beside the monsun drain....

1.8k per month can get better choice ....since is very close to kl....if u working at kl...can drive car, take bus or taxi ...save time... unless the lrt station just at ur door step of ur office...

if i working at PJ, y i want to rent at Kl??? PJ also got property near to lrt like kelana jaya, bukit jalil, puchong....

Yes it's so difficult to position the kitchen cabinet and sink with this new layout. The window doesn't look nice as well.
