Indeed it is true that MRT line 2 is approved and the listed station is a below photo (REDLINE called SSP sungai buloh serdan putrajaya). The line is ready by 2020 and by then Pandan Jaya Station is only 3 station away from KLCC and 4 stations away from HKL. Very strategic..... Price surely soar by then... 2020 is just 6 years from now.

You may see the link here too
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MRT_Sungai_Bu...-Putrajaya_Line

Way to go Pandan Jaya LRT station become and interchange station by 2020.

Just read The Edge paper saying that one of the propose MRT line 2 station is link with Pandan Jaya LRT station which is underground type.
Should this become reality, what you guys think of the effect to Bayu?

Wow... The interior looks nice! I also saw the gym room, climbing up from the flat beside, nicely done!

Yup, the proposed MRT line 2 route is quite confirmed according to some expert, as reported in The Edge, pending government to announce early next year. Hopefully, the price of Bayu will increase further smile.gif

obviously the only way you can know is when you are in the actual unit...

my fren has a unit in Millennium square with lRT tracks running beside it..she said she does not notice the noise any more after a while ...

The condo is just next to the station, usually when the train close to the station already slow down, so the sound won't be so loud.
