Anyone here already booked Bayu with corner unit?

Already expected latest block not so crowded buyer.

Yesterday got advertised in Chinese newspaper. Think walk-in or buyer from that knowledged.

My opinion there should build 1st then sale. Let ppl standing on top floor enjoy the actual scene & view. Since it's no nice landscape or attractive view from ground.

So far, I cannot confirmed balcony was facing klcc or lrt? Review the brocheur & picture, looks like whole building balcony facing back on lrt side. Then corridor was facing klcc. Anyone to confirmed this matter?

3 big crane and huge truck lorry already in situ..... commencing ground work soon?? the count down started "dik dok dik dok" . With bayu @ sentul impending... i hope that the developer will make a good quality works on this project to set example for their track records....

still i see block C resident will have to walk 750m to lrt station    hahahah... Unless they built travelator like airport 

well if walk 800m save some $$ from riding cab.. why not.. but we are talking about relative distance from investment point of view... 800m is enough to make knee pain for old auntie, and enough to melt a beautiful makeup and enough to sweat your underwear hahahah. but as the price block C vs block A is 40k.. some walking is really worth it for budget investor. developer claim will pave a good walkway to the station... hmmm something to be applauded

not exactly but more or less as i know the corner units have a slightly bigger build up
