Is not about the price tag is about the product, is pointless to price a project at sky rocket high but the design was awkward la, we are looking forward for continuous appreciation. Although it's location are perfect........

I live nearby too and go past it every weekend. Location wise is very good but pity the design is so old fashioned (from the lrt side). First time I saw it I asked my dad if our government is building low cost flat in Pandan Indah. =.="

Hopefully once the finishing and painting is done it'll look much better!

Agreed, design is not the main selling point for this condo. Location, low density and lrt are the main selling points. That's why it still sell out despite it's average outlook.
By the way, yesterday I used the new highway to Midvalley and it took 10 mins to get there. Wow, impressive!

HAHAHAHA doh.gif doh.gif I have never see people comment on the inner structure of the Condo prior complete. It is like comment the human skeleton is ulgy when the outer skin is so beautiful.... Too early to drop comment la. The staircase is supposed to shielded later... HAHHA really funny to see some amateur comment about the staircase.... doh.gif doh.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif . now the building is without this 'cover' , so it's still early stage to complaint to developer ,
it's not like playing Lego that they will put a cover on it later on . i would say currently their building structure almost complete , so good luck .

The area that you highlight is indeed the wall of the of master bedroom of the cornet unit. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif sure they will wall up la.... As in the facade of the stair case, there seems to be some coverage... Neway Its an extremely low dense property with single row concept with no sharing of lobby with any neightbour directly opposite the entrance of each unit. hmm.gif hmm.gif so i guest the staircase may be visible but surely will wall up with glass panel to avoid rain seeping into staircase. It just a logic deduction. Surely developer will see the logic of not "EXPOSING" the staircase la doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif Attached Image

Nvm..as much as it is ugly the location will still fetch price..but too near to the krt track imo which u can hear the train pass by every 15min

i think developer not going to make any 'glass panel' to cover it already . they've already install metal grill on it .

All I want to say is terrible architecture design but great location. .. How can they built the 500/sqft apartment in such terrible architecture design. .. But it's still a good buy if it's for investment.... Just personal taste preference no offence. .....

yup...is very good and strategic location but design spoil it...i still rmbr when d time i went to the showroom, i was lik doh.gif it looks so 'old' condo

Wah tq sharing this interesting pictures. rclxms.gif I just love it the way it is, really beautiful as it is rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif . The WINDY ness of the condo unit will be tremendous as the rare to have condo to have both front and back EXPOSED (front balcony; well lit airy walkway). I mean the EACH unit will be very well ventilated. The kitchen yard and third room will be well lit and airy.. Most condo intermediate unit will cornered and sacrify the kitchen and 3rd room result in poor ventilated and dim.... Sure the down side is the noise from LRT track though hmm.gif hmm.gif
