I live nearby too and go past it every weekend. Location wise is very good but pity the design is so old fashioned (from the lrt side). First time I saw it I asked my dad if our government is building low cost flat in Pandan Indah. =.="
Hopefully once the finishing and painting is done it'll look much better!

Agreed, design is not the main selling point for this condo. Location, low density and lrt are the main selling points. That's why it still sell out despite it's average outlook. By the way, yesterday I used the new highway to Midvalley and it took 10 mins to get there. Wow, impressive!

Nvm..as much as it is ugly the location will still fetch price..but too near to the krt track imo which u can hear the train pass by every 15min

All I want to say is terrible architecture design but great location. .. How can they built the 500/sqft apartment in such terrible architecture design. .. But it's still a good buy if it's for investment.... Just personal taste preference no offence. .....
